Kind Care Services began at a kitchen table, when we saw a need and stepped in to help. One act of kindness led to another, and soon, what began as caregiving for a neighbor became a mission to bring compassionate, family-style care to others.
We carry a unique perspective on aging and service. Our care philosophy is deeply influenced by our roots: a culture that honors elders, values personal connection, and sees caregiving as a reflection of character. For over 20 years, we’ve served families across Chicago’s North Shore with hands-on experience, humility, and hearts that genuinely care.
Today, we’re proud to lead a close-knit team of caregivers, many of whom are family members or lifelong friends, who show up with kindness, stay with consistency, and bring comfort into the homes and lives of those we serve.

Leadership Team
Jackie and Sam Batdeleg, Co-Owners
Jackie and Sam never planned to launch a home care agency, but life had other plans. After moving to the United States, Jackie was recommended by a family member to help a neighbor in need. Sam, originally trained as a chef, stepped in to assist a family in crisis when a stronger caregiver was needed. From those first experiences, both felt something deeper: the work was meaningful, personal, and life-changing.
Together, they cared for dozens of clients over the years, often simultaneously raising their children, supporting extended family, and mentoring others in their community. Today, they co-lead Kind Care Services with the same purpose and compassion that defined their earliest days as caregivers. Their values – respect, loyalty, humility, and empathy – remain at the heart of every decision they make.
Anu Radnaasambuu, Co-Owner
As part of our family-run team, Anu brings a personal commitment to Kind Care’s mission of treating every client like family and supporting our Kindness Advocates with empathy and respect. Her attention to detail and calm, caring presence help strengthen the trust between our clients, caregivers, and care team.

The Kind Care Scholarship Program
The Kind Care Scholarship began with a simple but powerful idea: to support the children of our caregivers by helping fund college preparation programs and open doors to brighter futures.
As we listened more closely to the needs of our Kindness Advocates and their families, the vision naturally expanded. Today, we are thoughtfully developing the scholarship to support both caregivers’ children and caregivers themselves—whether through educational programs, career advancement, certifications, or professional training.
This scholarship reflects our belief that when we invest in those who give so much of themselves to care for others, the impact reaches families, communities, and generations.
